The hosts were incredibly welcoming and the property is just a short stroll away from lovely walks by the river, making it perfect for those who enjoy a peaceful city ambience. I really appreciated their delicious breakfasts, which added a special touch to my stay.

I had a grand time here! Stewart and Nicky were just the warmest hosts, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was a brilliant start to the day—proper cooked to order, and the chats were lovely. Just wish I'd had a brighter room, but it was still mighty comfortable!

During my stay, I was frustrated to discover that the beds would only be made and fresh towels provided if I specifically requested them. I expected better attention to detail, and the bathroom bin was not emptied despite my request. the shower setup was inconvenient with a high fixed shower head that made washing my hair nearly impossible. it was really an unwelcome design choice.
